This session is designed to develop awareness of the laws, policies and definitions of Sexual Harassment.
Objectives:
Understand the different definitions of sexual harassment. Gain knowledge of why it is illegal and damaging to a company. Ability to identify harassing behavior and attitudes. Obtain knowledge on how to promote appropriate work environment.
